Bespoke Design & Production Terms
All artwork is designed in-house by Clementine. Printing is produced through trusted external partners.
Design fees are quoted separately from printing and are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required prior to work commencing, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Printing costs are initially provided as an estimate, based on standard formats, sizes, and luxury textured card stocks. Final printing costs will be confirmed on the final invoice.
Any upgrades to finishes, shapes, papers, or the addition of further items will incur additional charges. These will be outlined clearly throughout the design process.
All bespoke design correspondence will be conducted via email. Timely feedback is essential in order to meet agreed schedules and project deadlines.
Each commission includes the following stages: initial design concepts, first revisions, and second revisions. Any work requested beyond these stages may be subject to additional design fees.
All materials supplied by you, including images, guest lists, names, and event details, must be checked thoroughly prior to submission. Clementine Agency cannot accept responsibility for errors, omissions, or spelling mistakes provided by the client.
Final artwork will be issued digitally for approval. Once written approval is received, all artwork is considered final. No further changes can be made, and any errors are deemed approved.
If amendments are requested after artwork has been sent to print, all reprinting and associated production costs will be charged in full.
All printed goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any missing items or issues must be reported straight away.
Artwork may be created digitally or by hand. Colour may vary between screens and printed materials, and exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Variations may also occur across different substrates within the same order (for example, between paper goods and foam boards). These differences fall within accepted industry tolerances.
All orders are shipped via tracked and signed-for delivery.
All paper goods remain the property of Clementine Agency until payment has been received in full.
All designs, illustrations, and artworks remain the intellectual property and copyright of Clementine Agency. No work may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written consent.
Clementine Agency reserves the right to photograph and feature completed commissions across its website, social platforms, portfolio, and marketing materials.
Reprints of bespoke designs may be produced for sample or promotional purposes, either after your event has taken place or with all personal details removed.
